We are always ready to fight it out in court. But we don't believe that the "three-piece-lawsuit" style of pleading, discovery and trial is always the best approach. Rather than relying on this standard process, we always consider other, more creative litigation approaches.

We also recognize that sometimes the best solutions are to be found outside of court. Depending on our objectives and strategy, we explore negotiation, mediation and other alternative dispute-resolution methods.

Regardless of whether we pursue our client's interest in or out of court, we still aim high.
