Ranjan Das is a partner of Berkow, Cohen LLP, and has been with the firm since 1997. Mr. Das graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in 1990, and graduated cum laude with his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa (1993). He was called to the Bar in 1995, and thereafter completed his Master of Laws (specializing in financial services and banking law) from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University in 1996.

He practices in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, with significant experience with land-based disputes, injunctions, professional liability, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, oppression remedy matters and numerous commercial disputes.

Mr. Das regularly appears in the Commercial List, and also has had substantial experience before the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Mr. Das has participated in numerous mediations, and other alternate dispute resolution mechanisms, and is a tireless advocate advancing his client's interests both inside and outside the courtroom.
