Glenn E. Cohen was admitted to the Bar of Ontario in 1980. He has a B.A.Sc. degree (1975), University of Toronto Faculty of Engineering and a LL.B. degree (1978), University of Toronto Faculty of Law.

One of the founding partners of Berkow, Cohen LLP, Mr. Cohen has practiced commercial litigation continuously since 1980. His current practice encompasses a broad range of commercial-related litigation including secured transactions enforcement, bankruptcy and insolvency, corporate and partnership disputes, employment, real estate law and estate litigation.

Mr. Cohen has a number of reported decisions and has acted as counsel at all levels of the Ontario courts as well as at the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Cohen is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Advocates Society.
