Elisabeth Patrick
Elisabeth has a broad commercial litigation practice, practicing in the areas of employment, intellectual property, commercial leasing, shareholder and contract disputes. Elisabeth has experience in all aspects of litigation, including mediations and other methods of alternative dispute resolution.
Elisabeth received her LL.B. degree in October 2004 from Queen's University at Kingston. During her legal studies, Elisabeth received both the Margaret K. Walters Award and the Kathleen J. Ryan Award from the Queen's University Faculty of Law.
In 2007, Elisabeth was noted for her work on the case Nada Fashion Designs Inc. v. Designs by Nada. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates' Society and the Toronto Lawyers' Association.
Outside of the office, Elisabeth is a cabinet member of the Young Patrons' Circle at the Royal Ontario Museum and serves on the board of directors for Theatre Smash and the DreamNorth Theatre Company.
